The DeKalb County Tax Commissioner tax-sale list before a first-Tuesday sale. Sales are in person on the courthouse steps, generally from April through December, on the first Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. or sooner. The winning bidder receives a tax deed. The county can add or cancel a sale.
